How is non-alcoholic beer made?

Shhh, it’s Gogo’s secret recipe! While most brewers take the easy route using de-alcoholisation (yes - it’s a real word. Yes - we spelled it correctly), we prefer to do things the hard way. Our beers are made using the arrested fermentation process which basically RKO’s the yeast into submission and forces it to stop producing alcohol.

Is there any alcohol at all in non-alcoholic beer?

All our beers have less than 0.5% alcohol content by volume, in accordance with current regulations. If that still isn’t enough for you, sign up for the 9 pm club to get early access to our upcoming range of 0.0% beers!

Can I drink non-alcoholic beer if I'm driving?

Rebel. I like it. Technically, yes. But just be prepared to have an awkward conversation explaining yourself to a Metro cop!
Can I drink non-alcoholic beer while I'm pregnant?

I want to say yes? But in reality I am seven years short of a medical degree (so close!). We suggest you ask a licensed medical professional that one.

How should I store and serve non-alcoholic beer for the best taste?

Excellent question! Like all beers, a nonnie likes to be chilled, especially on a warm summer’s day. Aim for anything between 0°C and 4°C for optimum drinking pleasure!
When will I get my order?

We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible. If you haven’t heard from us within 48 hours of placing your order, feel free to reach out.
Where are your beers made?

All our beers are brewed right here in “South Ahh”! We work with multiple brewing partners across the country to ensure the highest quality. The final product is usually put together in our garage in Cape Town (just like Steve Jobs).
